‘The General Assembly of Presbyterian Church in Korea’ Gwangmyeong Church (Rev. Nam-Soo Choi) invited 41 American pastors, including Rev. Douglas Small (Representative of the American Prayer Group), to Gwangmyeong Church from October 1 to 7 and held a prayer school at the Vision Center.

The American pastors invited this time are the Billy Graham Center and local pastors from each state in the United States who participated in Gwangmyeong Church’s three American prayer missions over three years starting in 2022. For this event, Gwangmyeong Church provided hotel accommodations for the participants with a budget of 50 million won.

After completing the three-day prayer school, participants will visit Panmunjom, the DMZ, Boniface JSA Church, Imjingak, Osan-ri Prayer Center, etc. On Sundays, they will attend the Gwangmyeong Church service and observe pastoral work.

Pastor Choi Nam-soo said in a lecture titled “Prayer 7000” that “Prayer 7000 is an alternative to God’s national prayer unit that God Himself established to save the nation. It is a vision of God’s global prayer unit that saves the world.”
“The American pastors who attended must become millstones of prayer and return to throw millstones at American society,” he emphasized.

The attendees renewed their determination to become true prayer warriors through lectures by Pastor Namsoo Choi, the director of the World Prayer School, on topics such as: ¡âPrayers are made through suffering; ¡âThe heart of a prayer warrior is life; ¡âPrayers challenge the impossible; ¡âPrayers are giants of faith; ¡âPrayers do not avoid the cross; ¡âPrayers place themselves on the altar; ¡âThe real thing is when fire comes; ¡âPrayers hear the sound of blessings coming; ¡âBecome the 7th prayer warrior; ¡âRaise 7,000 prayer warriors.
Meanwhile, in the 3rd US prayer mission this year, the 218-member prayer mission team of Gwangmyeong Church prayed for the awakening and revival of the American church in Charlotte and 21 cities in the US for 22 days (April 30-May 21). In 2023, 400 people participated in the prayer mission in 40 cities, and in 2022, 200 people dedicated themselves to the prayer mission in 20 cities.
